Course Development

Developed and presented a variety of courses including:

•     A half day course on IBM SNA customer environments for sales training  purposes (for Digital Equipment of Canada)

•     Developed/co-developed courseware for The PSC Group including an Introduction to OSI, OSI Distributed Transaction Processing, Networking Technology Trends and Switched Internetworking

•     Developed and presented a series of Executive Briefings covering topics such as application portability, emerging network technologies, network management and the business case for open systems

•     Developed and presented a custom half day workshop on customer network management (for Bell Northern Research)

•     Developed and presented an Introduction to Network Management course (for Supply and Services Canada)

•     Developed and presented a course on Policy-based Management for Northland Systems Training
